We all know how cats love boxes so much. These adorable felines would get inside any box – even one that first appears too small for it to fit in! Do you also let your cats use the boxes inside your house? Chances are, they don’t really ask permission and simply get inside one. LOL.
With that premise in mind, tech giant Samsung decided to make it easier for cat owners to give their cats a cute box home. The new eco-friendly packaging will encourage customers to upcycle the cardboard boxes to create an adorable box home for their curious kitties.
According to Samsung, the company launched the new packaging that easily transforms into craft boxes to help reduce their environmental footprint. Instead of the boxes going to waste, the buyers can easily transform them into various crafts for their homes.
“Samsung has applied a dot matrix design on each side of its eco-friendly corrugated cardboard boxes, allowing customers to cut the boxes more easily and assemble them into various other uses, such as small end tables or houses for pets,” the company announced on its website.
The packages are sturdy but could easily be crafted, with customers able to transform the boxes using detailed guides that the company also created.
“Included within the packaging is a manual to guide customers on how to make household items out of the cardboard boxes, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the box,” Samsung added.
“Owners of The Serif who tend to put shelves and furniture around the TV can build cat houses, magazine racks and even shelves from the cardboard boxes to store household items and electronic devices, including the remote control.”
Your cats are sure to love this box home!
